* From the M5 continue on the A38 towards Plymouth
* Exit the A38 onto the Drum Bridges roundabout signposted to Bovey Tracey, Moretonhampstead,
  Heathfield & Liverton. Take the 4th exit signposted to Bovey Tracey, Moretonhampstead & Heathfield
  onto the A382
* If you have been using a Sat Nav device we suggest that you now switch to the directions below as
  some devices may take you by a rather challenging route!
* At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit continuing on the A382
* At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit continuing on the A382 signposted to Lustleigh &
  Moretonhampstead
* Take care as the road narrows in places. After approx 4-5 miles turn left, following the signs to
  Lustleigh
* In Lustleigh go through the village passing the pub and tearoom on the left, at the T junction, opposite
  the shop, turn left
* Go down the hill and over the bridge
* Turn immediately left into Mill Road (narrow) after 290 yards the road passes between two houses
* Continue for another 80 yards and you will find the entrance to Mill Barn and Mill Cottage on your right
* Do not attempt to turn right into the driveway!
* Continue for 200 yards to a point where the road widens considerably where you will be able to turn
  around and return to the driveway for Mill Cottage
* Parking: Drive through the gate, parking for Mill Barn is on the right after approximately 30 yards
